Identify a suitable location for installing your surface mount taking into consideration your specific charging situation.

2. Mounting Options

Your tablet wall mount base comes with two mounting options.

The outside set of holes are used when mounting the tablet base directly to a wall (for example, sheetrock).

The inner holes are provided for those who will be mounting their tablet to a US electrical gang box. Select the holes most suitable to your situation.

3. Power Conversion Options

If you ordered a Makes by Mike power conversion option now is the time to consult the converter instructions in-cluded in your package.

If you did not order a power conversion option, and are planning to charge your tablet outside of your mount, please proceed to the next step.

4. Installing your Mount—Wall Attachment

While holding the mount base up to the wall, use a level to ensure the base is level, and mark the location of the 2 mounting holes.

Using a 3/16" drill bit, drill holes for each mounting location just deep enough to accommodate the wall an-chors.

If installing into something other than sheetrock, use a suitable method and suitable anchors (not included).

Insert the plastic wall anchors and tap lightly with a hammer to ensure they are flush with the wall surface.

Attach the enclosure base to the wall using the 2 mounting screws.

The arc-shaped opening enables you to fine tune the level by simply rotating the base up or down with the screws slightly loosened.

Tighten the screws snuggly, but do not over tighten. Screw heads should be flush with the surface of the wall mount base, so as not to interfere with installation of the tablet.

5.Installing your Mount—Gang Box Attachment

Orient your mount either horizontally or vertically and algin the gang box mounting holes of the tablet with the screw holes of your electrical gang box.

Tighten the screws snuggly, but do not over tighten. Screw heads should be flush with the surface of the wall mount base, so as not to interfere with installation of the tablet.

6.Installing your Tablet

If using our slim charging cable, plug the cable into your tablets charging port.

Place tablet in the wall mount base, inserting the charge port end first.

Hold securely with one hand while you place the wall mount trim cover over it, charge port end first – being sure that the cutouts in the trim cover are oriented with the cutouts in the wall mount base.

Press firmly on the trim cover corners, but not too hard, until trim cover meets the lip of the wall mount base on all sides.
