It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

MBMounts are tailored fit for specific tablet makes and models ensuring a glove like fit while providing access to the tablet’s buttons, ports and screen. Unless two tablets have the exact same dimensions, button and port layout and size, and screen size and location it’s unlikely that it will fit.

When purchasing our charging solution along with a mount we will always send the correct slim charging cable for the make and model of tablet mount.  If you are purchasing our tablet charging system without our mount you’ll want to confirm which type of charging port your tablet uses (micro USB, USB-C or Lightning).  If micro USB you’ll also want to check whether the notched part of the micro USB port is facing towards the tablet screen (“up”) or towards the back of the tablet (“down”).

Makes by Mike hasn’t pursued certification of its products however our power converters include safety features such as over current, over temperature, short circuit, overload and over voltage protection.  Please visit our Instructions and Specifications page for specific safety features for each of our power converter products.

While we do offer mounts for a wide variety of popular tablet manufacturers and models, for tablets that we don’t currently support we offer a program where you send us your tablet, we collaborate with you on the mount design, and once approved we manufacture your mount and ship both the mount and your tablet to you.  Please Contact us for additional information and pricing.

We strongly recommend using our line of slim charging cables in conjunction with our mounts.  Our cables are designed to recess behind the tablet and be completely hidden from sight once your tablet is mounted.  We can make the USB charging port accessible for use with an externally attached charging cable, however the size and shape of charging cables vary and may not fit.

Go to the Settings app on your tablet and click Device Options.  Device Model will be listed towards the bottom and will show what make and model of Amazon Fire tablet you own.

Your model will be stamped on the back of your tablet and usually begins with SM-T followed by several numbers.

Our surface mounts are manufactured using fused deposition manufacturing (FDM) 3D printing techniques.  We design and print our surface mounts to minimize feeling or seeing 3D printer marks on the most visible and important side – the front face.  This approach keeps the majority of 3D printer marks on the sides which are much less visible there. 

Please note that our white mounts are able to hide more of the front face 3D printer marks than our black mounts due to the nature of the color white and black.

Our flush mounts are comprised of both cut acrylic and 3D printed plastic.  The front bezel will appear perfectly smooth and glossy, while the back frame of our flush mount will be 3D printed.  Note that the back frame is nearly invisible once the front bezel is installed.
